Riyadh International Dispute Resolution Week

Jointly organized by Al Sulaiti Law Firm, Gulf Mediation, and strategic partners Kilinc Law Firm, Al Yaqout & Al Fawzan Law Group, and LexisNexis Law Firm, the second roundtable meeting was held as part of the Riyadh International Dispute Resolution Week under the title “Mediation in Local and International Commercial Disputes in the Middle East and North Africa Region” on February 24, 2025. The event addressed prominent topics, including the strategic use of mediation by corporate advisors, dispute resolution boards and their role in mediation, artificial intelligence and its role in alternative dispute resolution, and reconstruction and mediation in disputed areas.
